By accessing or using GS Bilty, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

GS Bilty is a SaaS platform for document management for Packers & Movers businesses. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our integrated payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU). Subscriptions are non-transferable.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

The GS Bilty platform, including its design, features, and code, is proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

GS Bilty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
