Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your GS Bilty subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current subscription period. We do not prorate or refund for unused days in a subscription period.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following circumstances only:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
- Technical failure where the service was completely unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours
- Refund request made within 24 hours of the first-ever payment (new customer only)
Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription renewals (after the initial purchase)
- Partial subscription periods after cancellation
- Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions
- Free trial period (₹0 — nothing to refund)
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team through the app or at the support contact details provided in the Admin section. Include your registered phone/email, payment reference number, and reason for the refund request.
